1. Membership Registration

Viewing advertisements: Registration is optional to view the site and job advertisements. However, it is a requirement to register to be able to respond to advertisements. There is no charge to register or respond to job advertisements. There is no charge to register or respond to advertisements.

Advertisers: Advertisers are required to register. Job and banner advertisers are required to pay for our service when they advertise jobs or banners.

All registered users are able to view and update their account profiles at any time.

All registered users are able to close their account by sending us an email.

2. Disclosure of Information to third parties

Registration details are held on our secure server for administration and billing purposes. We do not sell, rent or provide this information to third parties.

We may use the registration details to contact you when necessary regarding your account details.

If required, we may disclose information to legal authorities in order to comply with the law.

Applications from applicants are forwarded directly to the particular advertiser and not held on our servers. We do not access this information.

3. Use of email

A valid email is required for registration purpose. The user is required to confirm the email before registration is accepted. Email is a means of business communication. We do not rent or sell email addresses.

Registered users may be sent monthly newsletter. It is our policy to immediately remove any member who requests removal from our mailing list.

We do not ask for passwords or money via email. Any such emails should be immediately reported to us and not responded to.

4. Advertisers

Some of our advertisers may request information directly from registered users. We do not have control over this. You do so at your own risk and require you to check the advertiser’s privacy policies before providing information to them.

5. Credit Card Security

Our credit card transactions are done through ANZ eGate. We do not hold any information about your credit cards and this information cannot be assessed by our staff. You can view more information about ANZ eGate through their website.
